I’m David Borzo, your Edmunds Art teacher, and I’m so excited to work with your children! I have been a working artist for 35 years, and this is my 5th year of teaching art at Edmunds. I am inspired by children’s art every day. My philosophy of art is simple: art is all around us and we use it daily; I believe that all of my students have talent, and with a little guidance and inspiration they will succeed in art class. Success that will aid them succeed throughout their school experience! I incorporate many disciplines and subject matters into my art lesson plans, to help young artists make connections. As a working artist I specialize in illustration, painting, photography, cartooning, 3-D art and portraiture. We cover all that and much more in class every semester.
