Edmunds Kids Celebrate Halloween Week!

Edmunds students got into the Halloween  spirit this last week at the Annual Oakridge Fall Festival, sponsored by the Oakridge Neighborhood. With balloon animals, face painting, walking tacos, hay rack rides and a REALLY scary Haunted House, everyone had a great night with many a superhero and witch making their way around all the fun.  The night also featured a special theatrical bonus put on by those students who attend Edmunds’ after school program. The “Oakridge Educated Young People program” was in rehearsals all last week at the school,  and made its Halloween play debut at the 2018 Fall Festival. Students also participated by creating posters to advertise the neighborhood event, and displayed them all around the school to help get their peers excited for the event. With a team effort of students, staff and their families, the Oakridge Neighborhood Fall Festival it was a great success!
