All are welcome! FREE Food Box Distribution this Saturday –  February 27th!

11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the 
John R. Grubb YMCA
1611 College Avenue, Des Moines

Anyone in need is invited to pick up a box of fresh food at
this drive-through event. Volunteers will load the boxes in
your vehicle for you – no need to leave your car!

Each food box contains: 

  • Potatoes
  • Apples
  • Hotdogs
  • Oranges
  • Cheese
  • Chicken drumsticks
  • Onions
  • Yogurt and 1 gallon milk
  • Drive-through directions:
    Drive WEST on College Avenue and TURN RIGHT on 11th Street
    to enter the Grubb Y parking lot. Exit the parking lot
    at 10th and Washington.
