Is it Time for Lunch!?

Here is some important information on how families can receive meals!

HYBRID STUDENTS:

Hybrid students will automatically receive meals at the end of most days at school. You do not need to do anything to start this process. Guidelines for food safety and reheating instructions will be included with the meals and can also be found on the Des Moines Public Schools webpage. If your child is not at school and misses a meal distribution, you are always welcome at our high school locations for a meals pickup between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. weekdays.

VIRTUAL STUDENTS:

We will be offering additional opportunities for families that have selected virtual learning to continue to receive breakfast and lunch meals at no cost for the remainder of the school year. Please call 515-242-7636 to schedule a day and time to pick up multiple meals for your students. Time slots are available Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM,  in half hour increments.
