Edmunds Fifth Graders Howl at Iowa Wolves Basketball game!

The Edmunds fifth grade classes attended the Iowa Wolves basketball game at Wells Fargo Arena on February 5th. For many of them it was the first professional sports event that they had ever attended. The “Howl-O-Meter” was a fan favorite at the “Well,” giving the students a great opportunity to let loose and show support for the home team! The student were treated to some amazing dunks as well as some fantastic dance performances by the cheerleader squad, the Iowa Wolves Dancers. And the students were also impressed see two female referees working the game. The 5th graders enthusiasm paid off, as the Wolves won the game over the Oklahoma State Blue, prompting the students and teachers to howl all the way back to school!
