Edmunds Kindergartners Study Nature!
Students in Ms. Brousard’s Kindergarten class at at Edmunds Elementary spent time in early October studying the natural world around them. After learning about earthworms in class, the students headed outside to put their knowledge to good use. They knew that the worms would not survive on the blacktop since lunch and recess was coming soon – so they moved all of the worms from the blacktop to a safer habitat- the expansive grass fields around Edmunds. They all loved feeling the worms, and being able to say they helped them navigate their way about our planet. Way to go kindergarten!
