4th Graders Research and Write!

Miss Hiveley’s fourth graders at Edmunds has been working on a cross-curricular project in Writing and Social Studies. The students each selected a state to research and write an informative paper on. As they have researched their state over the past month they have taken on the roles of geographers, economists, and historians. The students have integrated technology to create accurate maps of their state, to complete their research. Now that they have completed all five categories  of research, they are ready to move on to the next stage of the writing process: peer editing!
