Kindergartners at Edmunds Explore the Earth!
Students in Anna Brousard’s Kindergarten class spent Earth Day learning about our world and the things around it. They began the day learning about the history of Earth Day and brainstorming ways that they could help protect the Earth. After that they made hats that explained many different ways that they could be a “planet protector.” Finally, after discussing nature, the class went on a nature walk using their recycled binoculars to see what they could find. They spent time spotting many varieties of flowers, trees, birds, squirrels, and insects. An Earth Day well spent!
