Edmunds Library

Edmunds Library is a favorite and busy spot for the classes. Edmunds Librarian Darcy Swesey likes to make the library a sharing experience for the students, encouraging them to improve their reading skills in a fun and creative environment. One way the classes get involved is to have them take turns each week reading to their classmates through shared reading. Shared reading helps improve their reading skills and gain confidence in speaking in front of a large group. The students like the opportunity to read, and they also enjoy listening to the books that their classmates select.
