Announcing our Fifth Grade Alternative Concert and Clap Out!

To our Edmunds Fifth Grade Students and Parents/Guardians!

Due to the current situation, we have brainstormed a new idea for our annual fifth grade concert and clap-out.  This year we are inviting each fifth grader to Edmunds on Tuesday, May 26! Please see your designated class time here:

Ms. Maxwell’s class 12:30-1:30

Ms. Johnson’s class 1:45- 2:45

Ms. Hiveley’s class 3:00- 4:00

Your fifth grade teacher will be at the front of the building with a poster that says “6 feet apart but always in our hearts” (along with a few other words of wisdom)!  This will be an opportunity to say goodbye, take pictures, and meet with your teacher one last time!  We are asking that each student only brings 2 adults with them and they come sometime in their specified time.

*AND: If you come by car – we ask you remain in your car until it is your turn to take your picture.  Then you will be asked to come to the banner.  You will then return to your car for your send off!

*ALSO: If you are walking over – remain at the designated heart (marked with sidewalk chalk) and move to the next heart as your classmates move toward the banner!

We will be following CDC  (Center for Disease Control) guidelines, and have everything marked six feet apart, with the necessary hand sanitizer available.  *Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer hugs. ?❤️

We look forward to celebrating the conclusion of your fifth-grade year!
