Edmunds Art Students Rock the DMPS Art Show!

Edmunds students played a great part in the 2019 Des Moines Public Schools Art Exhibition, on display in the Atrium at Capital Square in downtown Des Moines. Six Edmunds students have their work displayed in the exhibit, their work selected from hundreds and hundreds of art pieces over this school year. A difficult task to select so few! Edmunds was well represented by the art team of Randy Brito-Alegria, Grasella  Gebreab and Delinson Franchesco, all from the 5th grade; 4th grader Hayden Hill, and 2nd graders Nimo Abdi and Sintia Kottu. The students were fortunate to have a great deal of support of family and friends join them at the Artist’s reception, held April 11th.
